
Our High School Program equips our graduates with the skills and knowledge to enter university either here or abroad. Students require a minimum of 26 credits to earn a graduation diploma. In addition to core subjects students can elect to take certain courses as they continue with their studies. ASK offers in Advanced Mathematics and Physics Fitness, Psychology and Sociology, Fine Arts, US Government, US History and many more.
In the high school students benefit from a low teacher student ratio which results in many opportunities for individualized instruction. We believe that the student is the focus of attention and that learners are active and engaged participants in the learning process.A variety of learning opportunities and assessment tools are offered to support the different learning styles of students.

Our curriculum ia based on an American model and teachers deliver a challenging, learner engaged program. Our texts and resources are similar to those used in North-American schools activities available for student pursue. We have an active student government that plays a valuable leadership role in the life of the school.
Faculty at ASK model the concept of life-long learners. As professional we continually reflect and share our experiences. All techers are currently engaged in a year-long professional development opportunity. Elementary and High School staff collaboate on a regular basis so in this way there is a seamless transition between the two school.
